Purpose for the scholarship
To provide scholarships for Hawaiian students to pursue higher education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii who is attending an accredited two- or four-year not for profit institution in the United States as an undergraduate or graduate student; must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate involvement in community service; must promote the qualities and characteristics in line with Lima Kokua Inc.’s mission and anti-discrimination values, as amended from time to time.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to applicant with the highest GPA and renewal applicants.
