Purpose for the scholarship
To support needy and deserving graduates of Roosevelt High School in their pursuit of a college education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii and a current graduating senior from Roosevelt High School (must have attended Roosevelt High school for four years); must be attending a four-year college or university in the continental United States as a full-time student; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have involvement in extracurricular activities and community service, and demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to applicants who were born in Hawaii.
