Purpose for the scholarship
To support students from Kamehameha Schools in Maui who are pursuing postsecondary education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a graduating senior or former graduate of a Kamehameha School in Maui; must be pursuing or planning to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree; must attend an accredited institution in the United States; must demonstrate financial need and participation in community service activities; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference given to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
