To support Hawaii residents pursuing undergraduate degrees, especially those who have performed community service.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii attending an accredited four-year college or university as a full-time undergraduate student; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference given to applicants who have performed community service.
