Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to Vermont high school graduating seniors seeking certification or postsecondary education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a graduating high school senior who attended Bellows Falls Union High School or Springfield High School in Vermont; applicant must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; must attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need and a strong education/work ethic.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, and recommendation letters. Preference will be given to students living in Andover.
