Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a graduating senior from Parkersburg High School, Parkersburg South High School, or Williamstown High School; must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in education from an accredited college/university; must have a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on academic potential and interest in community service. Preference is given to applicants attending Marshall University.
