Purpose for the scholarship To provide graduating high school seniors or graduates of Doddridge county High School who have been admitted to the college of their choice.
Requirements to qualify? Applicants must have a GPA of 3.2 or above, be in the top 20% of the class, ACT of 21 or above or SAT of 1100 or above, have followed a college-bound curriculum, and have financial need; To be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.
