Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to qualified individuals in Wood County.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA; must be accepted or attending a post-secondary educational institution; previous recipients of this scholarship may reapply for consideration with new applicants; To be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection of recipients will be based on good moral character, involvement in extracurricular activities, and financial need.
