Purpose for the scholarship
To assist graduating seniors of Williamstown High School in their educational pursuits.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be Williamstown High School graduating senior; minimum 2.0 GPA; must have attended Waverly elementary school for a minimum of one year and graduated from Waverly elementary; to be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on involvement in school and civic activities, academic achievement, potential.
