Purpose for the scholarship
To encourage graduating students to pursue further education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be Ritchie county High School graduating senior; Preference to student not already receiving substantial scholarship support through the WV; must be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on financial need, academic achievement, and activities.
