Purpose for the scholarship
To support graduating male seniors and soccer players from Parkersburg High School who plan to pursue postsecondary education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a graduating male senior from Parkersburg High School who was an active member of the PHS Boy’s Soccer Team during senior year; must be planning to attend a post-secondary educational institution in the United States on a full-time basis pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree or vocational studies or trade school degree/certificate; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on community service, leadership abilities, character, active citizenship, and overall work ethic and academic performance.
