Requirements to qualify?
Applicants to the Inspire Our Future Supply Chain Scholarship must: * Be current college undergraduates (sophomore or junior)<br /> * Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college, university for the entire upcoming academic year at an eligible college or university.<br /> * Be enrolled or plan to enroll or currently enrolled in one of the following programs the upcoming academic year<br /> * Supply Chain Management<br /> * Business Analytics<br /> * Business Administration<br /> * Management Information Systems<br /> * Specific Engineering majors (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging)<br /> * Engineering Technology<br /> * Communications<br /> * Finance<br /> * Marketing<br /> * Business Administration<br /> * Self-identify as Black or African American<br /> * Have minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 on a 4.0 grading scale or equivalent<br /> * Employees, children or grandchildren of employees of Colgate-Palmolive Company are ineligible.

Selection criteria among applicants
Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of: * Academic record<br /> * Demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities<br /> * Work experience<br /> * A statement of educational and career goals and objectives<br /> * Unusual personal or family circumstances<br /> * An online recommendation Financial need, as calculated by Scholarship America, must be demonstrated for the student to receive an award. Selection of finalists is made by Scholarship America. The Sponsor&#8217;s selection committee will interview finalists and select recipients.
