Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial support to students who have the license for post-secondary education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must hold an FCC amateur radio license; be a resident of NC, VA, WV, MD or TN; enrolled in an accredited four-year college/university (NC, VA, WV, MD, or TN) working towards a Bachelor’s of Science in any field of engineering; and have financial need; U.S. citizen; applicants must be academic merit, financial need and interest in promoting amateur radio; preference to an ARRL member; preference to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates; GPA: 2.0+ must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year citizenship: United States and all other countries.
