Purpose for the scholarship
The Foundation offers post-secondary education scholarships, each spring and fall, for students seeking a career in the hospitality industry, as well as to incumbents seeking credentials for advancement, on a competitive basis. The Foundation endeavors to identify and reward the best and brightest of the hospitality industrys next generation of leaders. Scholarships will be adjudicated by the Board of Trustees.

Requirements to qualify?
You must be 18 and in possession of a high school diploma or GED. Majors or courses include: * Hotel Operations and Management<br /> * Destination Management<br /> * Meeting and Conference Planning<br /> * Wedding and Special Event Planning<br /> * Exhibition and Convention Planning<br /> * Meeting and Event Catering<br /> * Foodservice Management<br /> * Hotel Concierge<br /> * Hospitality Human Resources<br /> * and much more

Selection criteria among applicants
Your completed application must include: * Resume<br /> * Essay<br /> * One Reference letter<br /> * Academic transcripts as proof of scholarly merit<br /> * Digital photo/headshot in jpeg or png format for use in publicity<br /> * Witness signature<br /> * Application
