Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate or doctoral degree program in student personnel services or a related area; must have demonstrated experience and involvement in campus activities and be committed to pursue a career as a campus activities professional; and must be U.S. citizens.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on the demonstrated leadership, academic record and financial need.
