Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree on a full-time basis; must be U.S. a resident enrolled at an accredited institution in the United States; must have a minimum 2.75 GPA; must demonstrate community service.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference given to applicants of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
