Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial support while the student completes dissertation in the field of Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology, or in a field congruent with the objectives of the Society for Industrial Psychology.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be a doctoral candidate in I-O Psychology or a closely related discipline whose dissertation topic has been proposed and approved by graduate faculty.

Selection criteria among applicants
Applicants will be evaluated on the basis of merit, research promise, academic achievement and professional productivity.
