Purpose for the scholarship
To provide scholarship assistance to qualified individuals who want to pursue their studies.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be Carroll County High School graduates or graduates residing in German Township of Harrison County, Ohio enrolled as full-time students at a two or four-year college or university program leading to a degree; and if attending college, must intend to live in or work in either Carroll or Harrison County, Ohio for a minimum of two years after completion of their education.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on demonstrated involvement in both extracurricular activities and community and religious activities.
