Purpose for the scholarship
To assist high school graduating students in their pursuit of continuing education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be graduating seniors of Stephen Decatur High School who have selected their college and have been accepted for admission as full-time students and have 3.0 GPA.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on work experience as a substitute for extracurricular activities.
