Purpose for the scholarship
To assist students majoring in home economics who pursue degrees in fields of study that will prepare them to work directly with families and children.

Applicants must be Cumberland County students pursuing degrees in fields of study that will prepare them to work directly with families and children.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience, community involvement, recommendations about leadership and character, merit, financial need.
