Purpose for the scholarship
To assist men and women in the Tri-Cities in returning to school to further their education after a period of working.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be residents of Tri-Cities seeking to return to school to pursue their education after a period of working; must be over the age of 21 and have financial need.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on financial need; academic achievement; leadership ability; community and volunteer service; creativity; and special circumstances.
