Purpose for the scholarship
To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grantmaking in such fields as arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must are able to apply once for all foundation scholarships may be eligible for. Once your application is submitted, you will be eligible for all those for which you meet the requirement.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on financial need; academic achievement; leadership ability; creativity; community and volunteer service; and special circumstances.
