Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be students from Redlands High School who are about to write an essay, article, speech, or some other work of non-fiction designed to explore an idea or explain a situation with the clarity and logic that Mrs. Baccus insisted on from her students.

Selection criteria among applicants
Scholarships will be given to students who will produce the best piece of expository writing.
