Purpose for the scholarship
To support students at San Diego State University who are working towards their teaching credentials to become public school teachers.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be United States citizens, permanent residents, or undocumented students; be current San Diego State University students currently pursuing their teaching credentials and/or student teaching at a public school with the goal of careers as K-12 public school teachers; have resided in San Diego county for at least one year; be actively student teaching; have a cumulative 3.0 or higher GPA; have demonstrated financial need.
