Purpose for the scholarship
To assist school library paraprofessionals who reflect the diversity of California’s multicultural, multilingual population.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be a current CSLA member; be from a traditionally underrepresented group; be working in a classified position in the library field; be enrolled in a community college program for school library technical service certification.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection of applicants will be based on the criteria of the selection committee.
