Purpose for the scholarship To support the education of students from California.
Requirements to qualify? Applicants must be reside in California, though priority will be given to applicants who have resided in San Diego County for at least one year, Be graduating high school seniors, current college students, or graduate students majoring in Culinary Arts; Dietetics; Nutrition; Hospitality and Tourism; Human, Child and Family Development; Apparel Services; Fashion Design; Textile Design; Interior Design; Consumer Economics or Family and Consumer Science Education, Plan to attend or currently attend an accredited four-year university, community college, or licensed career/ technical school in the United States (undergraduate recipients must be enrolled full-time (12 units per semester or 9 per quarter); graduate students may be enrolled full-time or part-time with awards allocated appropriately based upon enrollment units), Have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
