Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial support to graduates of Bellows Free Academy who have overcome challenges to pursue further education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be graduating from or have graduated from Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans, VT; must reside in Franklin County; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate financial need and face significant barriers that limit access to a postsecondary education.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on financial need, academic achievement, essay, and the recommendation letter. Preference is given to applicants that demonstrate school/community involvement and service.
