Purpose for the scholarship
To support and inspire graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated leadership in community service and who are passionate about improving the lives of children.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicant must be a Vermont resident and current high school senior; must be seeking an undergraduate degree and/or experiences in college that will support future youth-related work; must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must have financial need; must demonstrate exceptional community service leadership.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on essay, recommendation letter, financial need, and academic achievement.
