Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be graduating seniors from Riverview High School in Searcy, Arkansas, or prior recipients of the scholarship, who want to pursue vocational training as well as those pursuing a college degree.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience, community involvement, recommendations about leadership and character, merit, financial need.
