Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be graduating seniors of Cumberland Gap High School in Claiborne County, TN; must have GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of the application.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience, community involvement, recommendations about leadership and character, merit, financial need.
