Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to students for their college tuition expenses.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be female junior or senior students studying Elementary Education at the Penn State Capital College and who have maintained a minimum of 3.25 cumulative GPA while at Capital College.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients will be selected based on financial need; community service; submitted essay; and career goals.
