Purpose for the scholarship
To offset the educationally-related expenses of Lewis-Clark State College students intending to pursue a career in the field of real estate.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be individuals seeking a Bachelor’s degree in Business, or an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management; must be serious about becoming real estate agents or otherwise working in the field of real estate; must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 with strong potential for academic achievement, and be full-time students taking 12 or more credits.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to students who are gainfully employed.
