Purpose for the scholarship
To provide financial assistance to students pursuing a specific field of study and who are most in need.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be the children of current employees of Ingram Entertainment Inc. with at least two years of service, or students who are graduates from Garrison Forrest School, LaVergne High School, or Montgomery Bell Academy; must be undergraduate or graduate students enrolling or enrolled at an accredited college/university, junior college, or technical/vocational school on a full-time basis and maintaining a B average or better.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are selected based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, work experience, community involvement, recommendations about leadership and character, merit, financial need.
