Purpose for the scholarship
To support the education and development of African-American students to prepare them for careers in public administration.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be full-time students working towards an undergraduate degree in public administration, political science, urban affairs, public policy, or a related field preferably at an HBCU; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
