Provided to Librarians for research or a special course of study to survey foreign libraries or programs outside North America.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be degreed professionals working in a library, archives, or other approved information setting. LIS faculty are not eligible, nor are students currently enrolled in LIS doctoral or master’s degree programs.
