Purpose for the scholarship
To assist active duty and reserve Coast Guard personnel with their educational expenses.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be active enlisted personnel in pay grades E-3 to E-9 with two or more years of Coast Guard service.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will be based on scholastic promise, motivation, moral character, leadership qualities and good citizenship.
