Purpose for the scholarship
To provide opportunities for education, research and business development to members, including landscapers and allied businesses, that supply goods and services to those who grow, handle and retail ornamental horticultural products in Oregon.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be college students majoring in ornamental horticulture.

Selection criteria among applicants
Preference will be given to applicants from nursery areas east of Portland.
