Purpose for the scholarship
To help learning and development professionals pursue their own continuing education and apply the latest in instructional design theory and educational technologies to their work to build better training programs.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of post-high school work experience; must have applied for and been accepted to an eligible program of study.

Selection criteria among applicants
Essays will be reviewed for items including: essay completeness, detail, and thoughtfulness; alignment of the program of study to the applicants’ stated goals; grammatical correctness.
