Purpose for the scholarship
To award scholarships to students majoring in degree programs most commonly hired by members of this trade association and to raise awareness about the performance plastics industry.

Requirements to qualify?
* Be employed by an IAPD member company, or<br /> * Be a child of an employee of an IAPD member company, or<br /> * Be enrolled in a professional sales program (major, minor or concentration), business, communications, marketing, engineering, supply chain management, information technology, accounting, human resources program or related programs.<br /> * Candidates must have a minimum of a 3.5 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scale.

Selection criteria among applicants
Recipients are ranked based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities and presentation.<br /> DURATION: (Length of time an award is active &#8211; usually one, two, or four years): One year, for upcoming school term<br /> NUMBER OF AWARDS: average of 18 each year<br /> HOW TO APPLY: Fill out application online at https://iapd.submittable.com/submit/197633/2022-iapd-scholarship
