Purpose for the scholarship
To assist in the college or university expenses of the dependents of sea service personnel.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be child or grandchild of a member of the sea services, to include the United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, United States CoastGuard, and U.S.-flag Merchant Marine; properly enrolled in any curriculum at an accredited institution of higher education.
