To provide financial assistance to Indian students in the USET service area.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must be Native American undergraduate or graduate students who are enrolled members of one of the thirty-three USET Member Tribal Nations.

Selection criteria among applicants
Applicants will be judged based on satisfactory scholastic standing and current enrollment or acceptance in a post-secondary educational institution.
