To provide financial assistance for tuition, fees and other appropriate educational expenses for Durango High School AFJROTC Program Clark County, Nevada seniors who plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution either during or immediately following enlistment in any branch of the U.S. military.

To provide financial assistance for tuition, fees and other appropriate educational expenses for residents of Clark County, Nevada who are graduating seniors from Valley High School that will be enrolling full-time at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

To provide financial assistance for tuition, fees and other appropriate educational expenses to the Durango High School Clark County, Nevada, AFJROTC Program seniors who plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution and have excelled in the areas of leadership, community service and extra-curricular activities.
