Licensing Renewal and Continuing Education
All licenses must be renewed every year as they all expire on June 30th. You can begin the renewal process 45-60 days before the due date. Fees are as follows:
- LBSW – $55
- LMSW – $65
- LCSW – $90
Each even-numbered year LBSWs and LMSWs need 15 hours of continuing education (CE). LCSWs must complete 30 hours of CE. Two hours for all licensure levels must be in social work ethics, laws, or regulations.
