To support students who submitted a winning essay.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must be high school seniors or home-schoolers who are residents of Maine and who have been accepted at any accredited and Title IV eligible college or technical school.
How Winners are Selected
Applicants are evaluated by a panel of judges based on submitted essay.
