Applicant must be high school seniors who plan to enroll full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire academic year; must also reside in Kent or New Castle counties, DE; Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer or Salem counties, NJ; Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton or Philadelphia counties, PA.
Selection is based on academic record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities and honors, work experience, statement of educational and career goals and objectives, unusual personal or family circumstances, and online recommendation.
