Applicants must be: graduating seniors of Crawford Educational Complex who plan to attend an accredited community college or four-year university in the United States; previous Crawford Scholarship recipients who had to forfeit their scholarship who are attending an accredited community college or four-year university in the United States; have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale (high school GPAs are unweighted); those who are engaged in their community through their involvement in extracurricular, church, volunteer activities or work experience. They must have a demonstrated financial need.
