To provide scholarships to Hawaii residents of Filipino ancestry attending school in Hawaii.
Applicant must be a resident of Hawaii who is attending an accredited two- or four-year not for profit institution in Hawaii as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student; must be of Filipino ethnicity; must be majoring in art, humanities, Philippine studies, public relations, or communications; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
