To support female college students from Orange County, VT.
Applicant must be a female student who has resided in Orange County, VT, for a minimum of one year; must be a resident of Vermont and a U.S, citizen or eligible non-citizen; must be seeking an undergraduate degree at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must be enrolled at least half-time; must have financial need and have faced significant barriers that limit access to post-secondary education; must demonstrate a strong education/work ethic.
Selection is based on financial need, essay, and recommendation letter. Preference will be given to applicant’s who are the first in their family to attend college.
