To support Vermont students pursuing degrees or certificates in special education.
Applicant must be a Vermont resident seeking a certificate or license in special education; must be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale; must demonstrate community involvement and/or service, particularly related to individuals with disabilities.
Selection is based on recommendation letters, essay, and academic achievement.
