Scholarship Mission

To provide graduating high school seniors or graduates of Doddridge county High School who have been admitted to the college of their choice.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.2 or above, be in the top 20% of the class, ACT of 21 or above or SAT of 1100 or above, have followed a college-bound curriculum, and have financial need; To be eligible for a scholarship from the PACF, a student generally has to reside in one of the counties in the Foundation’s service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.

How Winners are Selected

Selection will be based on the committee’s criteria; selection consider the following: academics; activities/leadership; service; financial need; special circumstances.
